Maple Crown Koi is a Canadian retailer of directly imported Japanese Nishikigoi based at 5357 19th Avenue, Markham, Ontario L3P 3J3. We also offer pond design and installation services in Toronto, Markham, and the Greater Toronto Area.

Orders are accepted subject to availability. All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price was posted in error, or we cannot verify payment or shipping details.

Every koi is a living animal. We photograph and video each fish before shipment, and we only release healthy, hand-selected koi. Once a koi has been delivered and acclimated, ongoing health depends on your water quality, filtration, and care. See our Refund Policy for details on live-arrival guarantees.

Pond installation quotes are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing, timelines, and scope are set out in a written project agreement before work begins.

All content on this site — photographs, videos, product descriptions, and design — is owned by Maple Crown Koi or used with permission. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written consent.

To the extent permitted by law, Maple Crown Koi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection legislation.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
