Shipping Policy

Orders are typically prepared within 3–5 business days. If a koi requires additional conditioning before shipping, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Every koi is fasted, bagged with oxygen, double-bagged, and shipped in insulated boxes with temperature-appropriate packs. Packaging is included in your shipping fee.

• Local delivery / pickup — Available across the Greater Toronto Area including Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Mississauga, and Scarborough. Pickup is by appointment at our Markham facility.
• Canada-wide overnight air — Shipped via priority overnight carrier to major Canadian centres. Delivery is typically next-business-day after dispatch.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location, box size, and required service level. For jumbo koi, custom quotes may be provided by email prior to purchase.

An adult must be available to receive the shipment. We recommend acclimating your koi immediately on arrival — instructions are included with every order. Delays caused by incorrect addresses or missed deliveries are the customer's responsibility.

During extreme heat or cold, we may hold shipments until safe transit conditions return. We will always contact you before rescheduling.

We currently ship live koi within Canada only. Please contact us for questions about specialty international requests.
